Basically, if your Microsoft Security Essentials icon is displayed as green in the notification area, at the far right of the taskbar, your computer is in good condition. If the program detects a problem or threat, it displays a message with the detected item, the alert level, and the recommended action, so you can decide how to proceed. You can also use Microsoft Security Essentials to perform a manual scan of a file, a folder, or your entire PC, at any time

1.First of all download Microsoft security essentials

2.Extract the MSEinstall.exe using Winrar(JUST EXTRACT DON'T INSTALL)

3.Download 19826486.reg

4. Now Run Regedit 

5. Just Import 19826486.reg

6. Now disconnect from the internet.

7. Open the Extracted folder and run epplauncher.exe

8. Install MSE.

9. You notice that the setup will bypass the Windows Genuine Advantage

10. After the installation connect to the internet and update the Antivirus.
